A striking modernist chest of four drawers in a richly figured combination of teak veneer and solid afrormosia by William Lawrence of Nottingham standing on sleigh style solid legs. One very careful owner from new the piece is in wonderful original condition having been lightly cleaned and oil finished it presents beautifully with only very minor signs of use - lovely rich colour and grain. Featuring four very spacious drawers providing loads of storage - a super piece and a design I haven’t seen before.
88cm width x 43cm depth x 97.5cm high. Internal drawer measurements - 80cm wide x 37cm depth x 12/13/13 and 17cm height.
