A funky bit of late mid-century design the McIntosh metamorphic coffee table / nest of tables / drinks cabinet was introduced c.1970. This example had been badly treated so we have reimagined the piece with a newly ebonised top surface and ebonised small table - I rather like the combination of rich teak and black. All teak surfaces have been lightly cleaned and oil finished with just the odd ding and faint mark. A super flexible piece.
88cm width (top opens to 88cm x 97cm) x 48.5cm depth x 55cm height. 2 x side tables - large 51cm width x 43.5cm depth x 38.5cm, small - 42.5cm width x 38cm depth x 34cm height.
