A rarely available fully restored and newly upholstered table and chair set designed by Robert Heritage for Archie Shine from the late 50’s / early 60’s. The set includes a Hanover range extending dining table with a richly figured and coloured rosewood top, mahogany trim and elegant tapered legs alongside a set of 6 mahogany framed Berkshire range soft back chairs, including two carvers finished in a soft touch pale lemon yellow 100% wool from Abraham Moon. A genuinely scarce and elegant dining set in fabulous restored condition.
Table 128cm (extending to 164cm) x 72.5cm height x 86cm width / Carver chairs 49.5cm wide x 49.5 depth x 79cm high / standard chairs 48cm wide x 48cm depth x 83cm height. Height to seat 42cm.
