A wonderful example of a rarely seen Salisbury range dressing table - complete with large adjustable mirror and stool finished in richly figured mahogany. Sourced from the family of the original owner this wonderful piece has had a full professional restoration and has been newly lacquer finished as per original. The footstool has also been newly lacquered and upholstered in Storr Eggshell boucle by Bute. Perfectly proportioned for use as designed or remove the mirror and it can be used as a beautiful desk or console table. Featuring a richly figured mahogany carcass with signature upstand to the rear with three solid mahogany reeded drawers with brass trumpet handles and elegant solid mahogany turned legs. Wonderful condition throughout with just the odd tiny mark / ding only visible on very, very close inspection with some light foxing to the mirror - a gorgeous piece of British design and craftsmanship.
137cm width x 46cm depth x 73cm height. Stool 55cm width x 38cm depth x 48cm height. Mirror 113cm x 62cm (tapering to 55cm). Central drawer 54.5cm width x 36cm depth x 8cm height, end drawers are 34cm wide.
