A super flexible coffee / lamp table by Peter Hayward for Vanson featuring a solid walnut top with newly ebonised splayed legs and undershelf.  The top is constructed from solid planks of richly figured and coloured walnut with rounded corners and a deep chamfered edge.   This contrasts beautifully with the splayed and tapered legs with stretcher and a floating shelf reflecting the top surface.  A rarely seen and wonderful design in lovely restored condition with just the odd tiny ding and nibble.  It’s proportions also mean this would be brilliant as a bedside table or media unit.
